Community Inclusion Programs

Community inclusion means that everyone deserves to be an active part of their community, regardless of their abilities or perceived disabilities. Our program participants have their personal support needs met while working toward their goals and giving back at the same time. This progressive program also helps educate the community that people with intellectual disabilities are just as important and capable as anybody else. It’s our job to provide the supports to make each person successful.

“Pathways means that I belong, feel welcomed and get along with all my peers. Pathways supports me where I need it. They support me so that someday I will not need it anymore.”
